Rahul Ganapathy
Rahul started playing in 1993 at the JWGC, Mysore. He moved to Bangalore in 1998 to play and pursue a career in golf. He turned pro in 1999 after becoming the All India Amateur Champion in 1999 at Delhi Golf Club.
- Teaching golf since 2005.
- Worked at the Golden Bear Golf Academy, West Palm Beach, Florida in 1999 as assistant coach and trainee.
- TPI LEVEL 1, CAPTO PUTTING and NGAI certified teacher.
- Ran a successful driving range and teaching system at JWGC 2007 to 2010.
- Started teaching at KGA in 2010.
- Ran one of the most successful Junior Golf Development Programs at KGA from 2010 to 2015.
- Started the golf management company EPIC WRX GOLF Pvt.Ltd in 2008.
- Operated the Academy, teaching systems and junior program at Clover Greens from 2015 to 2019.
- Currently EPIC WRX GOLF Pvt.Ltd run the golf Academy at Eagleton Golf Resort
- Chief Mentor at The Sports School, Kanakpura and JAIN International School. We have set out to bridge the gap between education and sport to help create world class athletes.
Rahul Ganapathy

Rahul has had an illustrious playing career during which he won multiple professional tournaments on tour. He also holds the Indian scoring record of 12 under (60). He has attained the No. 1 rank in India at the Professional and Amateur levels. He bagged the All India Amateur Championship in 1999 and went on to represent the nation in several international tournaments.
Playing Career:
- Turned professional in 1999.
- Became the rookie of the year 1999-2000
- Hold the current Indian scoring record of 12 under par at Assam.
- Over 25 runner up finishes on the professional tour
- Multiple tournament winner on the PGTI from 1999 to 2011
- Played 5 years on the Asian tour with my best finish being 3rd.
- Represented India multiple times as an amateur.
- Achieved the number one position in the country as a Junior, Amateur and Professional.
- First player ever from south of India to have won on the Junior, Amateur and Professional tours of India.
